image for Current Bun want to kick out Woy
A sun reader.

Frustrated by the fact that England qualified for the World Cup in Brazil next year at the first time of asking. The Sun newspaper have had to resort to dirty tricks in their attempt to get manager Roy Hodgeson replaced by their man Harry Redknapp before the tournament kicks off.

A veteran Sun hack who wishes to remain nameless said: "We hate Woy, when Woy was at Liverpool he supported their fans view of us and our former god like editor Kelvin Mackenzie. So we want Woy out. It is also a priority of our glorious leader Rupert Murdoch, Praise be to his name, that he shows the politicians especially that upstart Miliband that he can destroy English football and taking out the England Manager would do that."

The FA and the players have all leaped to the defense of Hodgeson. It seems that no one took offense at the joke, as all could see that it was an analogy Andros Townsend himself tweeted that he took no offense in direct contradiction of the Sun's front page from Thursday.

Industry insider Séamus Soong said "I think that Murdoch wants to flex his muscles. Miliband scored a victory against the Mail and hit their sales. They have also lost considerable influence over the past few weeks. What with the Royal Commission and the ongoing phone hacking investigation Murdoch wants to show the men in Westminster that he and his papers are a force to be reckoned with still. Getting Hodgeson sacked would send a clear message that if things don't go his way Murdoch will pull the financial rug from the Premier League, as he did to Rugby League in his native Australia."
